The ingredients are simple — sharp cheddar, cream cheese, peppers — but they pickle the pimentos themselves, and that makes all the difference. Extra sharp and zingy, this spread is savory and satisfying on crackers, but I bet it would be even better on their already-Best-of-Nashville-winning burger. ... Think it over, boys.
