I’m much more likely to attend a show if I know it’s at Betty’s. The longtime Nashville haunt is obviously nothing fancy, but it’s played host to some legendary shows, from face-melting metal and noise to Americana and much more. The string lights, silver tinsel and random decorations add to the charm, as do the cold beer and bar food that always hits the spot. It’s one of the few remaining places in Nashville that feel frozen in time, and I’ll raise my glass to that any day.
