Van Gogh’s Wine Bar is the perfect place to meet up and escape the office. The outdoor patio and porch are super cute, plus the wine (especially the dry rosé) always hits. Their five house wines are $7 at any time of day, meaning the happy-hour energy is always there. If you do go around happy hour, to avoid a late-evening hangover, order the whipped feta with tiny toasts — it’s excellent.
