Across the breadth of Nashville hip-hop, 2023 has felt like a building year, with lots going on behind the scenes. Even so, the Six One Trïbe collective released a documentary film, played show after show — including appearances at SXSW and an unofficial Kendrick Lamar after-party at Bonnaroo — and dropped album upon album and single upon single. That goes for individual members and the collective as a unit, which released its wide-ranging second full-length Reset for the Rejects in September, barely 10 months after their debut Trïbe Over Everything.
