Peter One’s Come Back to Me combines airy grooves with the veteran folk-rock singer’s subtle vocal style, and the result is an album that stands with classic ’60s and ’70s albums by, say, Simon & Garfunkel and Don Williams. Peter One was born in Ivory Coast in 1956 and moved to Nashville in 1995 after a successful career in the West African music scene.
