If I had to guess, I’d bet few folks move to Nashville from Nantes, France. Lucky for us, Elodie Habert is one of them. Had she not, would I be thinner? Sure! But I’d also be much sadder, because her quiche Lorraine is the stuff of legend. Flaky crust, salty ham, melty cheese, and fluffy eggs are combined with what I’m guessing is so much butter it shouldn’t even stay together. Yet, magically it does, resulting in a meal that is downright magnifique.
