It’s always a good time to visit Black Rabbit, chef Trey Cioccia’s speakeasy-inspired restaurant and bar on Banker’s Alley downtown. But 4 to 6 p.m. every Monday through Saturday is an especially opportune time to drop in. Happy hour deals include $5 cocktails, 2-for-1 cans of beer plus bar snacks cooked over an open fire in the building where the feds bugged Jimmy Hoffa’s lawyer (as seen in The Irishman)?
