I no longer have to venture across town to New Heights for South Coast Seafood to get well-cooked, perfectly seasoned crawfish. Not only does Spicy Heads know enough to use the legendary Louisiana supermarket Best Stop’s sausage in their boil, but they also sell their bespoke seasoning mix, which means you can boil like a pro at home. Bonus: They’ve got six trucks, so there’s one near everybody.
