Everything from the 1980s is cool again. Lots of things from my closet — polka dots, neon, headbands — are suddenly in fashion again. And once again, I’m standing in line for frozen yogurt. Bear Kaminer, co-owner of Culture Club, updated frozen yogurt for the 2020s by using high-protein Greek yogurt. He hired James Beard Award semifinalist pastry chef Noelle Marchetti to create a toppings bar befitting her credentials. Make it into an indulgent sundae with sourdough brownies or pistachio crème or pick nuts and fresh fruits for a healthier snack. Radish Kitchen and Nick the Greek are swirling froyo options, too.
