Best New Restaurant in Nashville 2026: ELEVEN11
Alexis Soler and Michelle Pham’s ELEVEN11 opened just after last year’s Best of Nashville issue, which means we have had 11 months (appropriate) to bask in its Best New Restaurant vibes. Housed in a former Piggly Wiggly on Dickerson Pike, the restaurant offers an intimate experience of creative, seasonal Vietnamese-inspired dishes paired with Soler’s signature next-level cocktails. The crispy tomato rice, hand-pulled noodles and anything chef Son Pham makes on the charcoal grill are worth ordering. When ELEVEN11 first opened, it was hard to get in, because there were only 11 seats. Now the dinner menu is also available in the (much larger) adjacent bar and discotheque. A weekend tasting menu for the 11-seat restaurant side is in the works. But wherever you nab a table, the experience is special, more than a mere meal out.
