As flavors go, apple is rarely my go-to if it’s not in fresh-cider form. With Maypop’s apple sparkling water, you get the sweet, earthy goodness of bright, juicy apples, but all wrapped up in a light, refreshing sip. When I asked CEO Matt Herrick if the flavor would return this year at the Richland Park Farmers Market, he said “Yep!” and pointed right across the field to their apple vendor. Since Maypop uses Rosson Orchard and Farm’s Fuji, Granny Smith and Golden Delicious apples in their blend, it’s their first product made entirely from Tennessee ingredients.
