Best Dirty Martini in Nashville 2026: Fancypants’ Tuxedo Pants
At this point, I’m tired of drinks that have more than five ingredients, especially if a “tincture” is one. The Tuxedo Pants at Fancypants is the exception. It’s vodka (made from distilled olives), their own awesomely vague “Super Brine,” smoked olive oil, and dill tincture “mist.” They garnish it with a cocktail onion and whipped-feta stuffed olive (a nod to sister restaurant Butcher & Bee). The completed icy cocktail is a slick, unique umami bomb that my mouth waters just describing. It’s so good, in fact, that I think it’ll be the first drink I have when this baby is on the other side of me.
