As the Nashville Ballet’s signature fundraiser, the Ballet Ball has long been a celebration not only of the dance company’s rich talent but also the collaborative spirit that exists between Nashville’s creative communities. Incorporating modern and classical dance with live music has always been a staple of this black-tie affair, and this year, the ballet wisely teamed up with the highly anticipated National Museum of African American Music to showcase the scope of the ballet’s talent and the diversity of a constantly evolving Music City.
