It’s been close to 15 years since Huseyin Ustunkaya and his team opened Anatolia in a strip on White Bridge Road, but they keep delivering the goods: fresh Turkish fare in a friendly, comfortable environment. Some items are familiar (kebabs, of course), but what really stands out is the more novel menu of “Turkish home cooking,” like vegetable stew, and lamb chunks roasted with tomato and peppers. The so-called Turkish Ravioli, in rich sauce of yogurt and butter, is a decadent treat. DANA KOPP FRANKLIN
