Upon walking into Sichuan Hot Pot & Asian Cuisine, visitors are immediately overwhelmed by the extravagant decor — a full-sized gazebo, a larger-than-life horse statue, a huge koi pond (with a waterfall!) and a wall of bubbles lit up with color-changing lights — but only after settling in at your table do you see what really makes Hot Pot so special. First, you order your choice of broth and a platter of fish, meat, and/or veggies. While the savory liquid heats up, take a trip to the condiment wall (yes, condiment wall) to dress the broth up with garlic, onions, herbs and an array of sauces. Then spend the next hour (or more!) cooking your dinner, allowing each ingredient to bring a new layer of flavor to your ever-evolving soup. It’s amazing. Want to make a whole night of it?
