Best Spot for a Quiet Lunch

ZolliKoffee, the coffee shop and lunch spot inside Jackalope Brewing Company, is an excellent place to meet up if you need somewhere with decent, quick food, where it’s quiet enough to have a conversation. My favorite lunch item is the provolone-and-cheddar grilled cheese sandwich with an orzo salad — made with orzo pasta, wild rice, dried cranberries, red and green bell peppers, all tossed in house-made vinaigrette. The seating is shared with the brewery side, but during the day the space remains chill enough that you don’t have to scream to one another. The cafe’s owner, Zollie Wilson, is a joy to talk to, and his cheerful decor includes a lot of glitter and a fair bit of Dolly Parton memorabilia. AMANDA HAGGARD
