Best Thing to Ever Happen to Hot Chocolate

I’m not sure I’d be willing to bet money on the geographical accuracy of Sip Cafe’s wintertime celebration of hot chocolates. The Mexican Cinnamon Spice, sure, but is there really any country that puts peanut butter in their hot chocolate as a matter of course? Probably not, though clearly, there should be. The list of represented countries gives you a nice excuse to try flavor combinations you might not otherwise sample — for instance, I thought the Caribbean hot chocolate looked a little weird, but it ended up being fantastic — just so you can feel the satisfaction of trying them all. But even if you try no others, be sure to grab the Arctic Mint. BETSY PHILLIPS
