In keeping with the theatrical theme of the restaurant, many of the cocktails are punnily named after movie references. The Mango Unchained features a tropical mango puree, tart fresh lemon juice, Hellfire bitters and jalapeño simple syrup to create a complex cocktail that fires all the synapses in your pleasure centers as the heat builds up, sip after sip, to complement the sweet and sour nuances of the fruits.
