When NOLA’s famous Turkey and the Wolf popped up at Redheaded Stranger, we got joyous combinations such as Flamin’ Hot Cheeto Pie and a “Trashy Tostada” flavored with French onion dip, as well as frozen drinks served to those waiting in line. Another delightful turn: Weaver printed Hereford’s self-submitted bio directly on the menu, which included the line: “Mason generally wears shorts.
