Ordering wings is a bit of a Sophie’s choice: Buffalo or barbecue? Naked or breaded? At The Centennial in West Nashville, you don’t have to choose: Their top-secret “Centennial Sauce” wings are the tangy, creamy, crispy combo you’ve been craving. Using my expert bar-food palate, I deduce that the recipe may include: honey, mustard, honey mustard, wing sauce, jerk spice, ranch dressing and Buffalo sauce. They’re addictive. You’ve been warned.
