Best Mobile Fish & Chips

When The Bustaurant rolled into town earlier this year, the food truck quickly stood out as the only double-decker bus housing something beyond gawking tourists. Lucky for us, they also wound up having incredible fish and chips. Maybe it’s the novelty of eating in the retrofitted second-floor dining area, but regardless of the view, I’d chase these newcomers far and wide for another shot at those flaky, golden bites.
