Best Chinese

The moment the Predators sealed the deal against the Anaheim Ducks in Game 6 of the Western Conference Final, I raced to my phone to pre-order my celebratory Peking Duck at Tànsuo˘, an entrée requiring 48-hour notice before it lands on your table. The duck, fatty and skillfully roasted, was a highlight — but so was the rest of the meal of elegant but deeply satisfying Chinese cuisine, particularly the Toishan Sui Mai and Beef Gai Lan. This is an excellent addition to Nashville’s sometimes bleak Chinese-food landscape. LANCE CONZETT
