Best Reason to Drive to Franklin

It’s not an accident that B.J. Lofback’s location inside The Factory in Franklin looks kind of like a food truck. When the building’s owners gave him the space, he built it out just like his beloved truck, and the results are similarly great. The poke bowls that FSB serves there hit that sweet spot between, “This is tuna, so it’s healthy, right?” and, “Jesus, this creamy togarashi sauce is decadent.” If you have to fight the traffic to Franklin, it’s a just reward.
