Chauhan’s Chicken Poutine

OK, so I must admit: If you put cheese curds and gravy on fried potatoes, it’s bound to be acceptable. And this is why if you go to Canada, you can find poutine pretty much always within arm’s reach. But Chauhan Ale & Masala House’s version is way more than just acceptable, it’s almost too delicious: The restaurant tops crispy fries with tandoori chicken, cheese curds and makhani sauce — and there’s also a vegetarian version with tandoori paneer.
