Best Restaurant Guest Chef Series

Nashville’s chef community displays an attitude of creative collaboration that is uncommon in most culinary hotbeds, with chefs consistently helping out in each other’s kitchens for charity events or special suppers. Chef Kyle Patterson of Sinema takes advantage of the Melrose restaurant’s private “Backstage” space to throw some fantastic movie-themed dinner events. Past iterations have featured menus crafted after Big Night, spaghetti Westerns and Smokey and the Bandit. Although the casual meals are intentionally “unrehearsed,” Patterson and the guest chefs always come up with a fantastic multicourse menu. CHRIS CHAMBERLAIN
