Hugh Baby’s, barbecue mogul Martin’s excellent version of a fast-food joint, serves hot, salty fries that rival those at the Golden Arches and killer old-school cheeseburgers for less than $5. And if you really want to break the bank, pony up $1 more to get your burger topped with barbecue.
