It’s always important to have a good “table captain” when you’re dining in a group, somebody who knows the menu and the dish sizes and can compile a complete order to satisfy the appetites and desires of the whole table. The big-baller move at Butcher & Bee is to order the entire selection of small-plate mezze offerings, plus their dips and spreads. Great for sharing, these plates are always crowd-pleasers.
