Best Pasta

For 15-plus years, the Lazzaro family has been making perfect ravioli — first out of their garage in Hendersonville and today out of their shop in Germantown. My favorite is the spicy ravioli made with with hot Italian sausage, crushed red pepper, Asiago and pecorino. They freeze the perfect little packets right after making them, which ensures they cook up al dente at your house — or at City House, where Lazzaroli’s pasta is a staple. ASHLEY BRANTLEY
