Best Cidery

As the breakneck pace of growth by the local brewing community slows, a range of new booze providers is cropping up in its stead. Sake and mead operations have recently opened their doors, and the cidery scene has received its first brick-and-mortar contender. Diskin Cidery is Nashville’s first taproom dedicated to craft ciders, and they’ve exited the gate with gusto. The selections often fall far from the tree, including the pineapple-infused Tiki Tonik and a seasonal Bourbon Tart Cherry, while core mainstays like Bob’s Your Uncle offer a crisp, not-too-sweet drink fit for any occasion.
