Best Barbecue Expansion

When Carey Bringle first opened his Peg Leg Porker restaurant in the Gulch, he vowed that he wasn’t planning to turn it into the first link in a chain of barbecue joints. That didn’t mean he never intended to expand, though. After purchasing the building from his investor, Bringle celebrated by raising the roof, literally. He added two stories to the cinderblock building, so Peg Leg fans can now enjoy food and drink in The Pig Pen, a second-floor lounge area offering expansive views of downtown, or they can take advantage of private dining opportunities in two new rentable spaces.
