Yesterday’s mullet-coiffed, muscle-headed VHS knuckle-dragger is today’s midnight-movie laugh riot, and this was the funniest of a bumper Belcourt crop that included Deadly Prey and Miami Connection. After a wind-up of all-thumbs martial arts, greasy beefcake, chicka-chicka-wow-wow softcore and unconvincing profanity (“You son-of-a-bitches!”), there came a point where every cut produced gales of laughter.
