Studio Tenn Theatre Company’s artistic director brings a well-developed design sensibility to all his productions, dramatic or musical. In addition, he’s not afraid to experiment with space or new venues. The past season included a magical and elaborate staging of Sondheim’s Into the Woods and also a brooding Frost/Nixon at the Franklin Theatre. Plus Logan successfully restaged his company’s popular (but very complex) version of A Christmas Carol at TPAC’s Polk Theater and then brought an elaborate concert version of Les Miserables to the Schermerhorn.
