Best Improv Group in Nashville 2026: Third Coast Comedy Club
For more than a decade, Third Coast Comedy Club has provided a much-needed home for Nashville’s burgeoning comedy community. Specializing in improv, this hardworking troupe produces a wide range of shows — including short- and long-form improv, fully improvised musicals, storytelling, stand-up and more. The group also maintains a busy training center, offering an impressive slate of classes. But apparently, word has gotten out on this creative crew, because over the past few seasons, a growing number of talented Third Coast alums have anchored major productions — everywhere from Nashville Rep and Street Theatre to Actors Bridge and Kindling Arts.
Past Best of Nashville wins: Third Coast Comedy Club also took Best Cheap Date (2021, 2020, 2019) and Best Performing Arts Group (2020) in the Readers' Poll.
