1 Hotel’s intimate tasting of nine whiskeys from the hotel’s stash of rare bottles represents a collective total of more than a century of time aging in barrels. The private tasting takes place in a room next to the rooftop bar, offering fantastic views of downtown, and is conducted by the hotel’s beverage director.
