Their director of culinary operations, Andy Little, recruits amazing talent to cook special menus of elevated ballpark fare for Thursday night Sounds home games at First Horizon Park, and he intentionally picks chefs who are genuinely delighted to share their takes on concession-stand grub with the fans.
