Chef Jason Zygmont was great at Treehouse. At Setsun East, he may be even better. The 11-course tasting menu — “A Bit of Everything” — at his Sky Blue Cafe pop-up is phenomenal and clocks in at just $95 for two. From oysters with black vinegar to pole bean Caesar to ricotta agnolotti, it is lights-effing-out.
