Best Supper Club

Over the years, Vivek Surti earned a reputation as a local gourmet gadfly, appearing wherever good food and drink was to be found. But he is also a fantastic chef in his own right. After dipping his toes in the water as a restaurateur by hosting pop-up supper clubs to share what he loved and learned through his own culinary adventures, he finally jumped in with both feet by opening a permanent space in Germantown. There, he offers multicourse journeys through his style of the Indian cuisine of his roots, flavored with his Southern sensibilities.
