Best Pho

One of the best additions to Eighth Avenue in recent memory, Love Peace and Pho serves up some of the nicest Vietnamese noodle soup in Nashville. Miss Saigon and Thai Esane, to name but two, also offer worthy contenders in this category, but what puts LP&P over the top — along with the love and peace, both plentiful and evident — is their vegetarian pho, which manages to be so much more than vegetarian-by-subtraction. Rich, flavorful tofu and vegetable cutlets punctuate an aromatic broth that makes skipping the meat an easy call.
