Look, it wasn’t that long ago that Nashville’s best option for vegetarian food was hoping you could pry the meat slab from the bread goo at the Eighth Avenue Krystal, so you shouldn’t be surprised that we’re stoked by this new raw-vegan joint off Charlotte. OK: sorta raw, cuz they do have booze (and we all know how that works). More importantly, they have “The Wild Nashville” — arguably the most filling salad we’ve ever eaten, featuring freshly foraged greens and all sorts of goodness grown right here in Music City. But yeah: booze and vegan food, hassle-free and without that weird cheese.
