The mainstays are mainstays for a reason — Seoul Garden, So Gong Dong and Korea House all deserve their place as Nashville’s han shik establishment. But we have to give props to Soy Bistro for their willingness to expand the notion of the cuisine a bit. Their Korean barbecue tacos bring a contemporary flavor to the table, and we also give points for a more strictly traditional highlight: their own house-made kimchi, bottled and available for purchase.
