Kathleen Cotter — as much a curator as purveyor of small-batch, artisan cheeses at The Bloomy Rind — produces this festival of dairy delights each fall. It gives cheese lovers the chance to sample dozens of fine cheeses from all over the region, as well as wines, preserves, breads and all the other various accoutrements for a great cheese tasting.
