New father and co-owner Eddie Christy’s long-delayed Nolensville Road java mill has been open only since May, but it’s shaping up as an anchor for a shape-shifting community that boasts musicians, numerous Kurdish, Somali, Thai and Hispanic businesses, and houses a working stiff can still afford.
