You’ve gotta hand it to Nordista Freeze, the hard-touring, death-defying psych-pop artist behind the annual Space Prom: If he sets his mind to something, he pulls it off. This year, Freeze took on The Guinness Book of World Records, racing across the nation to play 50 shows in 50 states in 30 days. Not only did he crush the record previously held by Devon Allman and Donovan Frankenreiter (who took 50 days to get it done), he made it look easy. Hopefully he sold enough merch to pay off the multiple speeding tickets he must have picked up along the way.
