What if you just turned the culinary genius loose in a casual sports bar environment? The result is Jasper’s, a comfortable hang with inspired versions of sports-bar staples like barbecue pork fries, firecracker wings and Paquette’s famous roasted cauliflower app converted to tempura “caulipoppers.” Genius!
