When I was pregnant, the thing I craved most was Chauhan’s Tandoori Chicken Poutine. First of all, Chauhan’s fries are the best in town. They are perfectly crispy and hold up so well after being covered in cheese curds, makhani sauce and tandoori chicken. You can almost always expect your average poutine to get a little soggy by the end, but the poutine at Chauhan never does, making it all the more dangerous to dig into. I won’t stop until the cute little cast-iron skillet the poutine is served in is totally empty.
