Striking an eye-catching pose in Midtown, the 29-story Albion Music Row ranks among Nashville’s more distinctive residential towers. The building’s curvature contrasts noticeably with the sharp-edged high-rises that have come to dominate the Music City skyline. Standing at 350 feet, Albion Music Row is the only building of 300 feet or taller that opened in Nashville in 2026. For contrast, the city saw five such skyscrapers open in 2025. Construction on a handful of other tall buildings (those of 100 feet and taller) was completed in 2026. And though reasonably interesting and attractive, none rivals Albion Music Row.
