The Tennessee Performing Arts Center had a stellar lineup for its 2017-18 Broadway series, but no show brought in audiences or roused anticipation like the return of Wicked. On its fourth visit to Nashville, Wicked hadn’t lost any of its ruby-red sparkle, drawing massive crowds and raking in $6.5 million in revenue. With Ginna Claire Mason and Mary Kate Morrissey in the roles of Glinda and Elphaba, the splashy musical hit all the right notes.
