Best Best Ballet Class for Little Ones in Nashville 2026: Nashville Ballet
No one’s surprised that Nashville Ballet classes are legit — elegance and professionalism are kind of their thing. But their ability to keep wild toddlers orderly and engaged while actually teaching them to plie or leap is astounding. I assumed the money I spent on the year-end recital costume would be a wash, but my typically feral daughter loved performing — and my husband loved that even more. The professionalism and fun the dancer-instructors bring to the choreography is pure joy, and until you’ve seen a 3-year-old boy try to anchor a lollipop-themed routine surrounded by 10 girls, you have not lived.
Past Best of Nashville wins: The Nashville Ballet also took Best Performing Arts Group in the Readers' Poll in 2023, 2022 and 2019. In our Writers’ Choice they’ve been named Best 40th Anniversary Season (2026) and Best Dance Season (2024).
