Best Swimming Lessons in Nashville 2026: Nashville Swim Academy
The amount of shrieking my daughter did on day one of our four-day intensive session at Nashville Swim Academy should have gotten us banned for life. Instead, the kind, patient instructors not only got her through that — they even called to check on her Tuesday when she pitched too big a fit to get in the car. Today she actually likes going to her lessons, and I understand why: The classes are small, the pool is big, and the new Nations facility is gorgeous. (OK, that one’s for me rather than the kid.) Most of all, it’s staffed with teachers of all ages who push but aren’t pushy.
Past Best of Nashville wins: Nashville Swim Academy also took Best Swim Lessons in the Readers' Poll in 2024.
