Best Supper Club

After successful launches in New Orleans and Austin, Dinner Lab brought its brand of pop-up suppers to Music City in the middle of this year. Diners pay a subscription fee to find out the skinny on a series of innovative meals, usually featuring ethnic specialty foods, cooked by some of Nashville’s up-and-coming star chefs. The catch: Attendees don’t find out the secret location of the meal until 24 hours prior to serving — and that’s a big part of the fun.
